UPDATING RECORDS

If you have changed your telephone number, your other home address, have a new e-mail address or would like to change or add an emergency name and/ or number kindly contact the office with this information. They are valuable tools for both you and your association in keeping it running smoothy.

Remember that an emergency name or number is generally your next of kin should something occur to you when you are here and not the maintenance man as has been previously and mistakenly written in. The information is for YOU, not your condo.

Also an e-mail address should be yours and not your emergency contract's unless you want them to receive any future condo notices that might go out.

Please write down any information you want the office to have and either drop it off or mail it to Paula.

  • Please do not tape your name on the mail box, as the USPS only looks inside the boxes. If you need to transfer your mail back to your summer residence, you can get a yellow card at the office to complete.
