June the first phase 2 of the condominium tarmac replacement commences.
As and from the first of June ( for 3 months ) 2020 their will be restricted parking as follows
- Building 4 No parking
- Building 5
- East side no parking.
- East side no parking.
- West side no parking.
- The north side of building 5 can park as normal.
- Building 9 no parking.
- This area will be used for, Plant and equipment parking, and material, excavation's storage.

If You Insured Real Property With Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company Between September 1, 2013 and March 31, 2016, You Can Receive Relief from a Class Action Settlement.
Here are the documents that explain the Universal Class Action suit
Basically, anyone (including those folks from Canada), that was insured by Universal from September 1, 2013 through March 31, 2016 is included. All these policyholders were notified via mail according to Universal. If a person did not receive notice, chances are the notice went to either their address up North or Universal has an old address on file. They are still included in the settlement regardless.
I have attached the ID Recovery services that are included in the settlement. There is no individual policy per se that anyone will receive. They need only to refer to their Universal policy number in case there is some sort of ID theft and Universal’s insurance company will provide the coverage outlined in the ID Recovery Services information.
